This World Leaders Forum program features an address, NATO: Maintaining Security in a Changing World, by Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg of NATO. Secretary General Stoltenberg's address will focus on the changing global balance of power and disruptive new technologies that are increasing instability around the world and how a strong and united NATO remains the best way to protect our open, democratic societies. Secretary General Stoltenberg's address will be followed by a moderated question and answer session with the audience.
